This publication, only available in Spanish, aims to elucidate the articulation of the retail companies, their arrival in Chile, the business dynamics, the areas that generate the greatest profits and the codes articulating the customer-consumer relationship, such as the credit system.
At the same time, this book seeks to investigate the faces and life stories behind these companies: determine how they came to this business, what their relationships with other market players are, the weight of their decisions in the companies and its projections, as a medium and long-term influential sector, for people's pockets and lives.
